Unfair Treatment

Much water has flown under the bridge since Dr. Sulochana Yoganathan took over as Director, Maharagama Cancer Hospital. She is at the peak of her career having held high positions such as Director, Eye Hospital, and Director, Lady Ridgeway Hospital.

It is unfortunate that her staff have slandered her unfairly. She is not popular at the Maharagama Cancer Hospital because she is a strict disciplinarian and is duty conscious.  She has challenged all the allegations levelled against her.  Her staff wants an inefficient and corrupt person to hold the top post so that they can have their own way.

I hope the fair minded Minister of Health, Nimal Siripala de Silva, will see through this façade.
