The thamil people like you but U R a looser!
I thnk all the Tamils in Srilanka & Tamil Eelam should vote for Sarath as he is good human being. He has done some unwated speeches and actions due to unforeseen reasons and I think he must have realised now the mistakes he made. No harm in trying a new President because so far non of the Presidents worry about Tamils they wooried about Tamils votes. By voting SF I think we cn eliminate the Corrupted MR & Co his corrupted ministers. Specially as Tamils we can eliminate the killers Karuna and Killer Leader Doulas Devananda from Tamils Land.
Personally I think all minorities would need to be cautious if SF does come in. He has never retracted any of his racist remarks / statements and he does harbour very strong pro Sinhalese and Buddhist ideologies. I don’t think SL needs more racists leaders if that is the case better the known devil.

look at ur documents in police station, or any complains and everything is in sinhala.

kugan, if you go to india all in hindi. same in france /italy etc… this is a sinhalese country & it will remain so. however its a tolerent sociaty where all have equal rights. the wanni bombing was not a school but LTTE training camp where they have taken the kids. all killed were in LTTE uniform. so who is to blame? with people like you being in the tamil community always there will be extreamist on the otherside. i have not seen any discrimination of any community in Srilanka. we will crush any uprising the same way.

Till the Sinhalse see the Tamil brethren as their foes, not a single issue would be settled. Time has come to see all muslims and Tamils in Lanka as a same citizens. And more over, fight between two men MR and SF should not be minimised to all sinhala fight.

If a free and a just election is held SF will stand a clean victory… Will he be able to live until then? Its not only the suitability, but the need to have a change. Remember we have a Presidency that has very significant political power. This power is given by the peoples vote. If we go on re-electing Presidents we are doing more harm to democracy. Remember the lessons of re-electing J.R. nad after that Premadasa.What happened was that they realised on their 2nd. term that they could do anything. This unfortunately put the nations interests into disarray.By some manipulation Chandrika also got a 2nd. chance. Probably things would have been entirely different if she did not serve the 2nd. term. It is time we educated our people on changing political power frequently. That is an indication that democracy is working. I heard a not so well educated person saying “Whats wrong with a man who has served the forces seeking election as a President, if in this country we have Buddhist Monks going for political meetings and entering Parliament even after taking on the robes as followers of Lord Buddha?”
All leaders in different professions should rea;lise the need for change.Dont put political power in one person for long periods. However good they are, there are many bad people who love to have this situation continue. Power corrupts; absolutely power corrupts absolutely. In Sri Lanka absolute power corrupts so many others absolutely.

It does not matter whether “..its not Me Or HIM….” because in this bucket of “DUNG”, it does not matter whether what swirls is a swan or elephant or whatever! it is a political junket in a BUCKET full of “DUNG”.
Both are nationalists and Sinhala Buddhists who distort thye history to oppress the minorities. Fonseka may check Rajapakse’s ‘dictatorship’ from abducting and killing political opponents and Tamil youths. THey have no vision but only nationalist venom.
Where ever we are born, we are the sons and daughters of that land. But, it doesn’t mean that we have the right to cut it into pieces like we do to a loaf of bread and say this piece is mine. Irrespective of the numbers, Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims and Burghers all have an equal right to live in this country and share Health, Wealth and happiness!! Not only the minorities, even the majority is suppressed by political hypocrites in this country because from the grain of sand on the earth and to the sun shining through the clouds we are politicized. When the majority rise up, it’s insurgency. None of the other countries would care or come to help them. But when it is the Minority, they are called revolutionaries and the whole world acts as their god fathers and create a mayhem. Dear fellow citizens, our politicians are doing enough damage to this beautiful island. Let us unite together and save it and prosper it by doing our duty by our mother land.
