When I mentioned oil as a key factor here, I want to suggest all these countries, Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan, are strategic strongholds to control the region which is full of oil. Israel is an ally for the US to control the Middle East and all its resources. The oil wells of Iraq are now being sold to multinational oil companies and will no longer be a national resource. I agree with you though that this is not the only reason that the US has invaded these countries. I wanted to link this reason to the film Thank you for the comment.
