Govt Trying to Frame Fresh Charges Against SF
The Democratic National Alliance (DNA) yesterday charged that the government was trying to frame fresh allegations against DNA Leader Retired Genenral Sarath Fonseka.
DNA front liner and JVP parliamentarian Anura Kumara Dissanayake told the media that the three judges in the Court Martial against General Fonseka had withdrawn yesterday because the charges served on the General had no basis.
“There were two Court Martials established in this case. However, the same military officers have appeared for both. So, they have withdrawn from one Court Martial yesterday,” he said.
He said the government appears to be trying to frame fresh allegations against General Fonseka under these circumstances.
Dissanayake also noted that there were plans to arrest a certain journalist in order to extract some information from him on General Fonseka’s links with opposition politicians.

- build posh houses, lands for the future…….
- LET THOUSANDS OF LANKANS DIE, SUFFER DUE TO CARNAGE WHILE YOU KEEP SMILING……
-Finish his term and continue to live a posh life…..
Option 2
- Do real service to the country….
- Meticulously plan and execute military operations…..
- Eliminate corruption in the army….
-Sideline inefficiency and promote battle hardened officers to win the war ( creating unhappiness among a few top offices)…..
-Support all army soldiers by visiting and encouraging them all over the country…..
-Putting his life in danger…..
-Winning the war and saving the future of Lanka…..
- Getting duly praised as worlds best military commander…..
-Having only Rs 1.6 million savings and a small house to show for his 40 yrs dedicated service
- For making lankans smile for ever ……
-After succesful end to war, to be treated in most humiliating manner ….
- being asked to leave house in 3 day, slashing security, getting house raided many times even at night……
- being humiliated by false allegations on state TV with out right of reply in same media ……

Fonseka is not a Burgher, but a Sinhalese with a Potuguese name, which has been adopted by many people who lived on the coast line during the Portugese Period, some took the names of their local Portugese Commander. The De Silva, the de soysa the de mel, all are not Burghers they just took on a name. If you dont know early Sri Lankan History shut your mouth and go to sleep or learn and depart.

To be Frank, this country or the World in General is now turning away from Justice.I have seen since the recent past in Sri Lanka, Justice, transparancy , honesty has BEEN DeFEATED .Not only in politics, in General Day to Day work, in Offices, Training and home frint.
