Fishermen Protest In Jaffna

Over a hundred fishing families today (21) protested outside the Indian consulate in Jaffna.

The fishermen protested against the encroaching of Indian fishermen into Sri Lankan waters.

The protesters demanded that the Indian fishermen stop robbing their resources and driving them to starvation.

They asked the consulate to intervene and resolve the matter as their livelihoods have been threatened by the Indian fishermen.

because of the lack of war, indian fishermen r getting into our water
they r doing it knowingly as indian water has no life in it, feeding 1billion people with fish for centuries made them empty.
now they targeting our waters.. those poor families after decades of war, trying to make a living n still indians arnt allowing it.
