HC Takes Up SF’s Hot Water Issue Again

The Colombo High Court has once again ordered the prison officials to provide former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka with hot water facilities.

The court had issued the directive after it was informed the Fonseka has not yet been provided with hot water facilities as directed by courts in an earlier occasion.

The court had ordered the prison officials to provide hot water facilities to Fonseka and report back on the next court date.

Fonseka is currently serving jail term at the Welikada Prison after he was convicted by a Court Martial.
