No Public Holiday On Monday
The Labor Ministry has decided not grant an additional public holiday on Monday (2) contrary to various comments to the effect.
The Ministry has stated that an additional public holiday would not be granted in lieu of May Day falling on Sunday.
However, the Ministry has requested the private sector to grant an additional holiday for its employees.
