Governance, Sine Qua Non

To become an effective middle income country Sri Lanka needs to focus on building strong institutions and a practical governance structure that benefits its entire people.  This needs to be coupled with increased investments in infrastructure and human capital.

This is a great time for private initiative to emerge and prosper. Many opportunities are there and are just waiting to be seized.
