JVP Dissidents To Hold Public Seminar

The JVP dissidents are to hold a public seminar at the New Town Hall in Colombo7 on the issues faced by the country and the Left movement in the country.

The lecture is to be delivered by former JVP politburo member and spokesperson for the dissident group, Pubudu Jagoda.

The seminar has been organized by the Social Economic Center and is the first public meeting organized by members of the dissident group since the split in the JVP.

It is learnt that Jagoda would also mention about the policies of the JVP and the ideological clash that has led to the current split.

The dissidents have carried out a poster campaign to create awareness about the seminar.
