Asian Alliance Insurance PLC (AAI) entered into an MoU with Von Fidel which is in the business of breeding and training quality working dogs in Sri Lanka recently.
As a result of this tie-up, Alliance Pet Insurance (API) customers will now have the opportunity to consult Von Fidel experts in deciding the best path towards the socialization, training and welfare of their puppies and dogs. They will benefit from a range of discounts and expertise knowledge in the areas of dog training, canine behaviour consultations and unique boarding services.
API is the first and only pet insurance solution in Sri Lankan that covers medical and surgical expenses of dogs aged four months to seven years; the policy can be obtained from designated vet hospitals and clinics. API policy also covers death due to accident plus many more.
AAI director/CEO Ramal Jasinghe said, “Our successes have always been driven by understanding our customer needs better and processes & systems which are pivoted on innovation.”
Von Fidel, K9 Operations Director Alfie Ameer said, “As the pioneer and premier organization in the island dedicated to the breeding and training of dependable working dogs, partnership with the country’s pioneer pet insurance provider is the natural choice in protecting our valuable ‘working’ dogs.”
AAI was recently acquired by Softlogic Holdings. That has further strengthened the company’s stability.
