Asian Alliance Insurance PLC (AAI) was adjudged a winner in the category of “Best Social Marketing Campaign 2011” at the Global Awards for Brand Excellence in recognition of their contribution towards the community through strategic CSR projects carried out by the company.

The Global Awards for Brand Excellence 2011 was held at Mumbai recently.
“We have rolled out our plans for next year to continue our efforts towards the society as a responsible corporate citizen. In future the company intends to carry out CSR initiatives which will encapsulate the environment protection aspect as well. We believe that our CSR endeavours have sustainability ingrained as one of its key facets that will seamlessly continue in the years to come.  Awards of this nature not only endorse our efforts, but also motivates us to further improve our social marketing policy,” said AAI Assistant General Manager Marketing Ms. Nadi Dharmasiri.
AAI director/CEO Ramal Jasinghe said, “AAI is proud of this achievement and believe that the award is a result of the strategic approach to our CSR activities due to the bond we share with our stakeholders and the community at large”.
