Whenever in west if a news of srilanka is shown its shanties in Colombo they show to discredit srilankans. The penalty is paid by Tax payers who have paid for their land and stamped their deed and paid taxes over their earnings who silently suffer.More over squatters get good schools by squating near schools paid and maintained by the Tax payers. While the villages suffer and toil their land to increase productivity these type of squatters reap the benefit.
