Re-launched Healthguard Pharmacy To Offer

Wellness And Beauty

Healthguard, the first branded retail pharmaceutical chain in Sri Lanka has over many years created a different shopping experience with its evolving range of offerings to its discerning customers. The caring and professional service received by each shopper has raised the level of customer loyalty.
Healthguard is a subsidiary of Swiss Biogenics Limited (SBL), which was established in 1967 and is in the business of pharmaceutical marketing and distribution. SBL in partnership with the largest healthcare companies in the world has brought to Sri Lanka thousands of pharmaceutical, neutraceutical, medical diagnostic equipment and surgical products.
Healthguard was recently re-launched, offering a prominent range of wellness and beauty care products in addition to their traditional portfolio. The wide variety of pharmaceuticals, beauty and wellness offerings make it convenient for any shopper to easily access these under one roof.  This change was in response to the growing need of the public to have quality, internationally brands in one store. Currently, the vast range of products include Neutrogena, J&J, St. Ives, Revlon, Palmers, etc. in addition to the standard product range available in the key supermarkets.
Healthguard has created a different level of customer service by establishing different types of outlets within its chain –a ‘Full Service’ shop that includes pharmaceuticals, beauty and wellness products, and the ‘Shop-in-Shop’; a pharmacy within a popular supermarket. A combination of these formats is set up in key locations in the country to cater to the needs of its consumers.
The company is geared to meet the present and future needs of the modern, evolving buyer who looks for quality in all products and wishes to shop in a comfortable and exciting environment. Service at Healthguard is underscored by professionalism with qualified and trained pharmacists and specialist advice to assist customers on their choices.
