Why demolish illegal buildings only on crown land, how about all those other illegal buildings on private properties that dose not comply to Council regulations creating environment hazards and encroachment of other properties.
If CMC has certain building construction rules and regulations implemented, they are to be followed and complied with. Otherwise CMC should take legal action against the offenders, without keeping a blind eye which encourage people to brake the law.
