Duminda Silva Discharged From Hospital

Parliamentarian Duminda Silva has been discharged from the Singapore hospital where he was receiving medical treatment following the Mulleriyawa shooting last October.
According to well informed sources Silva was discharged from the Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore as his health condition had improved.
Last week the CID informed court that it had obtained a statement from Silva in hospital on July 22 and that he had said he could not recall the Mulleriyawa shooting incident in which Presidential Adviser Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra was killed.
However sources revealed that he is now staying at an apartment owned by parliamentarian Sajin Vaas Gunawardena and is not in hospital. Silva is still receiving physiotherapy treatment at the apartment in Singapore. Silva was earlier scheduled to return to Sri Lanka this month. When The Sunday Leader contacted his coordinating secretary A. Hewavithara he however said he was not aware of Silva being discharged from hospital and did not wish to comment further.
Hope this fool will not come to the country. Ask him whether he remembers Anarkali ?

Earlier,a medical certificate was produced by the police in court stating that he was “mentally incapable” – or something like that, when he was charged with murder and he was discharged as ‘technically Not Guilty’..
But,his “disturbed brain” was enough for him to function as an MP!!!!

The most baffling part of this whole episode is how does one even survive getting shot twice in the head at close range. Was he really shot, or whisked off to as to avoid being charged with murder?

The CID will have to arrest him on orders of Judge as a murder suspect & remand him. If he is unstable in the head he will have to be removed from Parliament
He is going to return to UNP again and will fight for Federica Janz to get an ambassador post. He will try to be with Sarath Fonseka as well because Federica needs to be an ambassador if Sarath Fonseka comes to power.

A rustic villager who owned money to another, engaged a Lawyer to get advise as how to avoid the Creditor coming home and harassing him, the Lawyer I don’t know if he was a KC or a PC but advised him bo e silent and charge at the Creditor asa a Buffalo would untill dthe man stopped coming to his house demading his legitimate dues . If he returns to democratic Sri Lanka, he will be in trouble, but since he is returning to crazy, corrupt, lawless Banana Republic, he has nothing to worry. In this Republic, only the innocent civilians should worry as the criminals, rapists, murderers and drug dealers are protected. God save former democratic Sri Lanka.
Good, then he won’t remember he is jail on murder charges and his life won’t be so unbearable (as the pain he has caused to the deceased’s family) in jail where he rots.
