Our request last week asking that all death or other threats meet our print deadlines drew a response.  From the fan club of the ex general.  The letter chided us wild asses for having “pandered” to “these very people” and been their “blue eyed girl.” It then went on to insist that while this was no death or other threat nevertheless the writer who remains anonymous said that it was due to our “malicious and fictitious publications” the dear sweet general was thrown behind bars.  Dear! Oh Dear! Whoever wrote the missive completely forgot that the ex army chief was well behind bars even before the famed case of the white flag ever went to court. Incarcerated by a military court no less. For nary a word nor letter published by this ole rag.    Hmmm… As we wild asses on this rag constantly say our style of journos are twenty five years ahead of the blots in this paradise isle!
