Its well known in italy , that forign sim connections is sold to “communication centers” around the big cities such as Milano. Where the communcation centers have a special computer that fits hundreds of simcards. Which they use stolen ones..to connect the sri lankans calls to sri lanka ….And the centers dont pay a single rupee for these minutes…and when a sim is blocked they just connect another one…but still charge the customers to the communication centers full amount in EURO.

A cock and bull story. How come the mobile company allowed the bill to mount to such a higher amount when the credit limit was just Rs 7500? Didn’t they monitor it? If they didn’t it is their fault. Anyway,it sounds like an April fools day story.
