President urged to make report public and address key issues

President Maithripala Sirisena was on Friday urged to make public the report of the Commission of Inquiry (CoI) on the Issuance of Treasury Bonds and also address key issues.

Transparency International Sri Lanka (TISL), whilst encouraged by President Maithripala Sirisena’s expressed commitment to implement the recommendations contained in the report, raised concerns over moves to to use an Act of Parliament to recover the allegedly misappropriated money.

    i do not believe in this bla bla puppet.for me he is also one of the crimminells responsible. if he did not dissölve the parliament to save ranil ,less damage would have been he is talking like a angel,a superman ,who will save sri lanka from dissaster,this is only to fool the masses.he says diciplined, not corruptable candidates should be sent as representives,but this humbug. has appointed a crimminell in anamaduwa,a rapist somewher near tangalle as Chief organizers and many other crimminells and tugs elsewhere to represent his Party.this Humbug is no better than mahinda.unfortunately i do not have a vote,if i had i would have voted for the jvp.
