Do you really think it is a mistake?

The teenager must have been killed by violent attack by the officers and then attempts are made to shown it as sucide? How it is possible to kill himself where they with other detainees in the same cell?

It is not possible for any suspect in Custody to commit suicide by hanging inside a cell.
What does the post-mortem report say?
Who arrested the suspect & for what?

Who was the reserve Sergants in charge of the Charge Room that day?
Who was the Duty Officer and Sergant in charge when the suspect was handedover to to the Reserve??
