Ratwattes surrender

The Ratwatte 'boys' -- Lohan and Chanuka -- surrendered to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) yesterday, Saturday, February 23.

Both men arrived at the CID headquarters in Colombo in the company of Attorney-at-Law Tirantha Valiliyaththa.
