The main ceremony was held at Maamunai, Jaffna, where LTTE cadres first  landed in 2000 to commence the assault on March 26. LTTE’s Wanni Military Commander, Col. Balraj (left), Sea Tiger Leader Col. The last occasion he was seen in public was during the LTTE’s “Heroes’ Day” celebrations last November.
