The shock has barely receded

It is two years this week since the terror attacks on New York's Twin Towers and the Pentagon.  A  repeat  of  those  awful  incidents  has  so  far  not materialised and President George W. Bush is crowing that both the Taleban in Afghanistan and Saddam Hussein in Iraq have been removed from power.
