The
Council that is Southern has created a new political
culture in paradise isle. With the hustings round the
corner the unfolding drama is akin to watching a
thriller movie. It started with the credits in order of
seniority within the blues. There was the hero, heroine,
supporting actor, supporting actress and the joker. Then
the whole pack of cards were shuffled and some roles
were reversed. Sour Gin became the hero, Anarkella the
heroine, Susantha the supporting actress and Nishantha
Muthu Hetti the village villain. A real life kopi kade!
Great Reversal
So,
the court that is Supreme did the unprecedented. Pee Bee
has been allowed to sand paper his affidavit which was
filed before. But it was the Cee Jay who called the
shots when he gave Nee Haal Sree the bounty hunter,
simply 10 minutes to say his piece and shut. Wonder if
more scurrilous mails will now follow eh? Hee! Hee!

whether all 25 light houses in the paradise isle were
working he got the stock answer. Only 11 of them are
working said Dee Nesh. The other 14 have been switched
off for security reasons. Huh?

And
Satellite was all smiles when she boarded her flight for
the US of A. For there in business class was a
patriot of patriots all set to take wing to the Land of
the Injuns. “Helloooo there” she chirped. Following
which, a little bird whispered to this ole rag that our
hero was flying out to convince those bothersome bally
yankee schmucks that all is well in this ole sunny isle…
